How long does a custom design take?
Most custom pieces are completed in 4–6 weeks from approved design. Timelines vary with stone sourcing and complexity — we confirm a schedule before any work begins.
Can you use my own diamond or heirloom stones?
Absolutely. We regularly reset heirloom diamonds and gemstones into new designs. Bring your stones in and we will evaluate them and design around them.
Do you provide a rendering before crafting the piece?
Yes. You will review a detailed CAD rendering and approve it before we cast or set anything, so there are no surprises in the finished piece.
What does a custom piece cost?
Custom work spans a wide range depending on metal, stones, and labor. After our first consultation we provide a firm quote — there is no charge to start the conversation.
