CaratKarat Jewelers is a family-owned fine jewelry store in Arlington, Texas, built on a simple idea: a meaningful purchase deserves real jewelry people — not a salesperson behind a counter. Since 2020 we've helped customers across the DFW metroplex mark their biggest moments — engagements, weddings, anniversaries, milestones — with pieces they're proud to wear and to pass down.

Jewelry is personal. It marks the moments that matter most, and we want everyone who walks into our showroom to feel guided and taken care of — whether it's their first fine piece or an investment in something major. A lot of our customers don't buy once and leave; they come back for upgrades, gifts, repairs, wedding bands, and pieces for family. That relationship is a big part of who we are.

With over 7,000 styles across gold, diamonds, men's and women's jewelry, rings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and custom work, there's real range to explore — a lot more than the standard mall case. We're an authorized retailer for Citizen, Verragio, and Invicta, alongside our own custom work and a curated selection of diamonds and gold.

A men's program we actually invest in. Most jewelers treat men's jewelry as a small side category. We treat it as a real part of the business — big-look rings, Cuban and diamond chains, signet bands, bracelets, charms, cuff links, and custom or religious pendants. Pieces with presence that still feel clean and high quality. Men shop with us for themselves, partners shop for gifts, and couples come in for wedding bands, because we're comfortable with bolder looks, not just the traditional.

Custom is where we have the most fun. Bring a sketch, an inspiration photo, an heirloom you want reimagined, or just an idea, and our team will turn it into something built for you.

It usually starts with a conversation — the occasion, your style, budget, metal, stones, size, and timeline. From there we help select diamonds, gemstones, and materials, then give you clear pricing and a timeline before any work begins. You approve the direction, we handle the craftsmanship, and we review the finished piece together to make sure every detail is right before it's yours.

Simpler customizations typically take about one to three weeks; more involved pieces around three to six. Special stones or complex designs we'll scope with you up front. We've built engagement rings from a single inspiration photo, reset heirloom stones into new settings, made custom men's diamond charms and statement pendants, and crafted meaningful initials, crosses, and personalized pieces.

We work with trusted diamond and gemstone suppliers and focus on quality, value, and transparency. We can help you with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, gold, and gemstones, and we can produce a GIA certificate on request. Our diamonds are conflict-free and Kimberley Process–compliant, and we're glad to walk you through exactly where a stone comes from, how it's graded, and what you're paying for.

Custom work, resizing, setting, and repairs are done by our own in-house bench jewelers and setters — so the craftsmanship stays under our roof, finished with close attention to detail.
